Coaching for young humans navigating the mess and magic of growing up
Growing up is harder than ever ...

In a world reshaped by rapid technology shifts and the rise of AI, young people face questions that previous generations never had to consider—questions about identity, meaning, and their place in a future that feels uncertain.
Kids are absorbing pressure, confusion, and overwhelm—often with very little space to slow down and figure out how they actually feel, or who they really are.
My coaching helps young people build that space, in a way that’s structured, relational, and gently empowering. It’s not therapy, school, or tutoring. It’s a warm, real relationship where they can hear themselves think, feel seen, and start moving in a direction they feel good about.
What coaching offers young people

Learn to handle tough emotions with more self-trust

Set goals they actually care about—and follow through

Practice making choices they feel proud of
Get support navigating friends, school, tech, and life

Build a healthier relationship with themselves (and maybe even enjoy some more time outdoors)
No two coaching journeys are the same. But over time, many young people grow in self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to take responsibility for what matters to them.

Coaching happens 1-on-1, usually over video, and is shaped around the young person’s needs. Most families start with an 8-week package to give the work time to unfold, but shorter and longer options are available. Sessions are 45 minutes.
Some kids show up with clear goals. Others just need space to feel safe and heard. Sessions are flexible, human, and rooted in trust—sometimes we’re coaching, sometimes mentoring, sometimes collaborating. The point is: your child gets to show up as themselves.

Staying in the loop
Parents receive brief written updates every few sessions (usually by email or WhatsApp). From time to time, if necessary, we can also schedule a short check-in call to make sure we’re on the same page.
If anything important ever comes up, I’ll always reach out. And if you have a quick question or concern, you can message me—I'll do my best to respond within a reasonable window. A shared WhatsApp thread can also be a helpful space for lightweight updates, quick clarifications, or schedule changes.

Is this right for my child?
Struggling emotionally but not in crisis
Craving more confidence, clarity, or connection
Curious about how to grow or feel more like themselves

If you're not sure whether coaching is the right path, a discovery call is a great place to start. I’ll ask some questions, share more about how I work, and we’ll go from there.
Most of the young people I work with are somewhere between 10 and 18. Coaching can be a good fit if your child is:

I offer a free 25-minute discovery call for parents (and sometimes kids too). No pressure—just a regular conversation about what your child needs, and whether this could be a good fit.

Mark just gets it. He creates the kind of space I wish I’d had when I was a teenager. My daughter feels more confident, less reactive, and more like herself.
Parent of a 14‑year‑old
What I love is how real he is. It’s not ‘rah rah’ motivation or therapy—it’s more like having a really wise teammate who helps you figure yourself out.
Young adult client, age 19
Coaching with Mark helped us as parents, too. We started communicating better with our son—and with each other.
