This package is for families who are ready to invest in sustained emotional, social, and personal growth for their tween or teen. It’s i deal for young humans navigating overwhelm, self-doubt, or transition—and for parents seeking a grounded, values-based partner in their child’s development.

Need to reschedule? You can do so up to 12 hours in advance via Calendly. Refunds? Unused sessions are refundable within 30 days. After that, they can be transferred to someone else. Just reach out if you need support.

Availability

Sessions are offered on weekdays and weekends, with evening options to accommodate U.S. time zones.

My general coaching hours for the 2025–2026 school year are:

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM EDT
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT

Times are subject to availability and may shift slightly during holidays or seasonal breaks.
