GROWTH

Meet Mark
I’m Mark Samet, a coach passionate about helping people find balance and purpose in today’s fast-paced world. With a background in education and a knack for connecting with others, I guide my clients to unplug, take action, and live with clarity.

Why This Matters
Today’s kids face a perfect storm: relentless academics, nonstop screens, and a rising tide of anxiety and self-doubt. Even those who seem “fine” often wrestle with overload, loneliness, or the quiet ache of not knowing who they are.
Schools move fast. Parents are stretched thin. And AI is reshaping everything from education to employment. In this whirlwind, growing up with a strong sense of self isn’t just a luxury—it’s a lifeline. Coaching bridges the gap. It creates space for reflection, honesty, and growth. Kids build emotional resilience, learn to trust themselves, and discover what matters to them.
And while my work centers on young people, I also support parents, educators, and adults who are recalibrating their own lives in the face of change.

Who This Is For
Tweens and Teens
» Swamped by screens, school, or swirling thoughts—and needing a pause
» Caught between who they are and who they think they’re supposed to be
» Asking big questions—about purpose, values, or what matters most
» Full of creativity, curiosity, or feelings—but unsure where to express it
» Wanting to build confidence, manage stress, and learn tools they’ll use for life
» Wishing someone saw them—really saw them—beyond grades or performance
Grown-Ups
» Trying to show up better for their kids—without losing themselves in the process
» Wanting to live with more intention, not just urgency
» Wrestling with inner patterns they don’t want to pass on
» Feeling stuck at the edge of adulthood—unsure how to shape a life that’s truly theirs
» Struggling to stay grounded in a world that’s speeding up, digitizing everything, and making us question what’s real
» Longing for grounded, judgment-free conversation that’s not therapy, but deeper than small talk
Testimonials
Parent of a 14‑year‑old
Mark just gets it. He creates the kind of space I wish I’d had when I was a teenager. My daughter feels more confident, less reactive, and more like herself.
What I love is how real he is. It’s not ‘rah rah’ motivation or therapy—it’s more like having a really wise teammate who helps you figure yourself out.
Young adult client, age 19
Coaching with Mark helped us as parents, too. We started communicating better with our son—and with each other.
